Transferring file attachments between EndNote Desktop and EndNote Web.

Answer:
EndNote Web cannot currently maintain the link to file attachments. If you transfer a reference from EndNote to EndNote Web, and you then transfer the
reference back to EndNote, the link to the file attachment is not maintained. The file will need to be reattached to the EndNote record. We do not recommend transferring references that contain file attachments at this time.
