Configuring EndNote Web Administrators

Using ISI Web of Knowledge Administrative Tools Portal

You can add EndNote Web administrators through the ISI Web of Knowledge Administrative Tools portal with the Manage My Account utility.
  1. Log into http://admin.isiknowledge.com
  2. Click the Manage My Accounts link.
  3. Select Add Contacts.
  4. Add one or more email accounts and select EndNote Web Customization. The email address(es) provided must be a personalized Web of Knowledge or EndNote Web registered user.


Request access to ISI Web of Knowledge Administrative Tools Portal

If you are unable to login, or do not see the "Manage My Accounts Contacts" link, your institution may not be setup with ISI Web of Knowledge Administrative Tools access. Please contact your Thomson Reuters Sales or Customer Advocate representative to add your EndNote Web administrators, and to find out if the ISI Web of Knowledge Administrative Tools access is right for you.

Please allow 2 business days for activation of new administrative accounts. At the time of account activation, you can log into http://myendnoteweb.com where a new Administrator tab will appear.
