The EndNote Web tools are not showing up in the EndNote Web tab of Word 2007. How can I add them?

| Answer:
You must install the plugin while logged in as the user who will be running the program.
The way to get the tools to appear in Word 2007 is to download and run the EndNote Web plugin installer again. After logging into EndNote Web, go to the bottom of the page, and locate the "Download Installers" link to find the installer file.
