CWYW 5: How do I exclude the author or year from my citations?

Answer: Click in the citation itself, then do the following:

Word 2007: Go to the EndNote Web tab and choose "Edit Citation."

Word X/2000/XP/2003/2004: Go to the "Tools" Menu and choose "EndNote Web > Edit Citation."

Here, you have the option to Exclude Author or Exclude Year, if you select this option and click OK, the author or year for the citation you selected should be removed for this particular citation.

Please note that this option is only available for in-text citations, and will not work with citations that are inserted within Word's Footnote or Endnote sections.
